Welcome back to my channel. Sorry I've been gone so long! Today's video is to share some of my advice on health and fitness. This is the most asked question I ever get, and instead of giving practical/physical tips, I wanted to share advice on overcoming the mental/emotional battles of weight-loss/health that I have found helpful in my journey. I truly believe these are far more important than the actual physical things you do. More than half the battle is in your mind. I also talk about my freshman 20!! and how i was able to deal with it.
