Hello beauties! So here is my FIRST work out video! Please let me know how you'd like me to film and structure these in the future. It's difficult for me to get to the gym so working out at home is a must. I usually work out at 8:30PM because my son is getting ready for bed at 9. For the most part, he's less clingy so I can get more exercises done. There are days when he still wants to climb on me, so I don't use the weights out, otherwise he tries to pick them up. I always switch up my routine and like I mentioned, I don't do 4 sets of the same thing at the same time. I plan on doing more work out videos, more fitness related videos, and healthy eating videos as well. What are you most interested to see from me? 4 sets of 25 squats
3 sets of 30 second planks
4 sets of 25 calf raises
2 sets of 21's
Dead lifts- as many as I can do
4 sets of 25 crunches
4 sets of 25 mountain climbers (mix of regular and cross leg)
25 per arm… weight raises?? (sorry IDK what these are called)
Skull crushers burn out
Russian twists burn out
