My daily detoxing for fitness, health and wellness since 1995:

1) My first enema:
– Type: water enema.
– Amount: 2 quarts of filtered body temperature water.
– Retention: 15 minutes.
– Position: on my back with knees bent.

2) My second enema:
– Type: coffee enema (2 tablespoons of organic medium roast coffee. I use a French coffee press to brew the coffee).
– Amount: 2 quarts of filtered body temperature water.
– Retention: 30 minutes.
– Position: on my back with knees bent.

Toxins can cause (to name a few):
